Ian thought he might be a bit selfish spending all his time with Shou. But then waking up next to Shou, perhaps he wasn't worried about being too selfish. Ian was there for the band when they needed him. It was just getting harder to think about what was next.
"Maybe you won't go home," Shou said giving him a look that he wasn't going anywhere without him. "Let me take care of you."
"You're funny," Ian thought it was a joke. Was he really ready to be outed just yet? Sasha had her baby. And as far as Ian could tell, Gemma hadn't told him the truth about anything. Perhaps she was hung up on Shou. She was being so peculair, but then he was spending the majority of his time with Shou now.
"But I want to be with you," Shou said. Plain and simple.
Kissing seemed to be the only answer. Ian really wanted this to be something quite different than with Maxie. He knew that much. This was something he wanted to take slow and something everyone would get used too. And yet as much as they went out, they were staying in too.
So Ian decided he best get his mates together and share the news one afternoon as they were finishing up at the Daisy Fields festival.
"Have I neglected any of you?" He asked first as they were having a meeting after everything was put away.
Fletch only grinned.
"Yes, quite neglectful, Ian." Lauren giggled giving Fletch a nudge.
"And you, Gemma?" Ian looked at her who was being her pouty self. She shook her head, no.
"Well, if you haven't noticed, I met someone." Ian looked at them all.
"Really?" Fletch grinned. "An obsessed fan?"
"Possibly." Ian sighed. "Shou wants to travel with us to the next stop."
"What about his band?" Gemma shot him a scowl.
"They'll be following. They aren't going anywhere." Ian told her. She asked nothing more, but went to find her stuff to be ready to leave.
"It'll be great," Lauren smiled. "We'll treat him like family."
Ian sighed a smile of relief then. It was good to hear.
